The history of LS Waterproofing goes back to 1995 when Karl Sparks founder of sister company Sparks Concrete Construction Company noticed a local need for experienced waterproofing services. Karl took his over 25 years of experience in dealing with basements and foundations and officially started LS Waterproofing in 2007. We thrive by providing a cost-effective option for the community to use for all their basement repair and waterproofing needs.
